• Different brands and different retailers use an overlapping number system with letters.  
  
• Shoe sizes, unlike clothing, do not correlate with the child's age.   
  
• Childrens shoes are sized 1-13 for babies to kids and then 1-7 for Youth. We have put a capital "Y" after the youth sizes.
